Ximo Health: The greatest company you've NEVER heard of ... Yet

In April of 2010, I found a small package on my doorstep. Inside, I found a bright orange and yellow bottle of a product that a friend of mine had stumbled upon. I read his instructions and took 2 oz. of the golden drink and was hooked from that moment on.

Throughout the last 9 months, I have built this little-known company because I had never experienced a product so amazing - I knew eventually it would catch on. Well, that time has come.

In November of 2010, this little company was purchased outright by one of the best network marketing professionals in the country. It is owned by Erik Laver - the co-founder and former President of Send Out Cards. As a distributor in E'ola International, Erik was their top earner - bringing in more than a million dollars in commissions. As a corporate owner, he took Send Out Cards from an idea to what was a $141 million dollar annual network marketing business in 2009. Both his ventures grew to $50 million in their first 5 years.

Anyone who has seen Send Out Cards' growth can attest that it is visionary people like Erik who made it happen. Erik left Send Out Cards on great terms in order to own his own company outright and still has a great reputation among that company's distributors.

So, back to the little golden liquid. Erik tried Ximo and knew it was a winner. It's a fast-acting product that users feel in minutes, but the former owner didn't have the industry know-how that he did. It had at one time amassed 15,000 distributors, but the original owner's poor-customer service had driven most of them away.

Erik saw that the marketing and target customer base needed to be tweaked. The product's packaging needed to be made more convenient.

Since November 1st, the new owner, Laver, has been pouring investment into the company. From hiring a dedicated customer service staff and relocating the company to redesigning product packaging, jazzing up the compensation package and planning for the future.

What you will have around the end of the first quarter of 2010, is a relaunched company with a product that flat out delivers like no other. It will be convenient with single-serving "on the go" packaging. It will be priced for today's economy and actually competitive with what you would pay at a store. It has a 65% payout compensation plan and dollar for dollar commissions, but most importantly it has experienced leadership that knows how to grow a company.

There may be a few out there who recognize the importance of working early on opportunities of vision. Right now, Ximo is still a work in progress, but you won't want to be too late on this one. To reward those early few, willing to be on the cutting edge of the next big one - Ximo is offering no-sign up fees until Dec. 31st.

Before reading this, I can almost guarantee you hadn't heard about Ximo Health. If my prediction is correct, it will only be a matter of months until you won't stop hearing about it. In these early stages, interested networkers may have the opportunity to speak directly to the owner himself. PM me if you'd like to try and schedule a personal call.

MLM Prelaunch 4 Things to Know Before Participating

Author: Chris Kosman

Every MLM website or forum you visit today you can not notice it. Someone somewhere we'll be mentioning a new company launch. Prelaunch here prelaunch there and pretty soon you start feeling that you are in Cape Canaveral. But besides the fun part and the hype that you notice daily, there are some good exceptions of companies that are destined to a bright future which can turn very profitable for the distributors with the good sense to join at this point.

Of course chances are that the majority of the start-up companies will fail. So the real question comes down to what is that which distinguishes a future success from a certain failure?

To some that is the one million dollar question, while others can cut on the money they spend to the fortunetellers.

Though I don't profess to be a prognosticator, there are a few simple things that you can check out on a new company that if cannot pick a winner, surely can reveal a loser.

First of all, the most important thing you need to check is the owners and its management team. Learn their names and find out if they have any previous experience in the multilevel marketing industry or in any business at all. The more experience they have and the closer to our industry that is, the better. Also don't forget to check out if there is anything negative at their past. If they lack integrity or you can't trust them needless to say that you should stay away. It's Incredible what you can find about almost anyone if you Google his name these days.

Second, check the compensation plan. It's an important factor to the stability of the business and it's future expansion. If it rewards too much the “big guns” compared to the average distributor, its expansion can pretty soon come to an halt and so it's profitability. Make it the other way and there is no incentive for real progress, so it may never really take off in numbers and in profits, of course.

Third, although the product is not that important, what matters is the segment of the market that is targeting. Is this a market where demand exists? What is the competition? If there is no competition, why? If it's fierce how the company is going to differentiate and brand the product so it would stand out from competition?

Fourth, is there a training program? Without one, new distributors, would really have a problem start making sales and in this case much of the training responsibility, if not all, would fall into your shoulders for those you sponsor. Which of course can cost you in more time that can cut off the expansion speed of your organization.
