On November 1, 2010, the still fledgling XIMO MLM company was purchased by network marketing powerhouse Erik Laver. Since that day the new owner has begun a complete transformation of the company and is presently relaunching the company with new packaging, a stronger energy shot formula, and much more. Most of the details are not available as to the prelaunch MLM company as the target relaunch date is the end of the first quarter of 2011.
Based on Laver's track record with his two prior network marketing companies, it is my opinion XIMO Health will be become a major player in the network marketing industry upon the XIMO relaunch.
The things that set XIMO Health apart from other prelaunch MLM companies are three things:

2. The XIMO Health owner is experienced and well capitalized.

Overall XIMO looks like a legitimate business. They are fairly new but Erik Laver who is the CEO has been a 7 figure income earner in network marketing and has a solid background in direct sales so distributors seem to be in good hands.
Whilst XIMO Health seems to be a great opportunity, the question you need to ask yourself is this 'how will I market the products and the opportunity'. No matter how fantastic your company is, if you do not have a proper marketing plan in place, you will soon run out of leads and become frustrated.
You can achieve unbelievable success with XIMO, but you have to put in place a solid marketing plan that will help you generate tons of qualified leads.

XIMO Health announces new pilot cost-sharing program
Owner Erik Laver also extended the pilot program to include mall carts. Laver stipulated that the is the approving authority for the program and that all free samples sent by the company with not count as commissionable volume.
However, this appears to mark the first time that a new network marketing company is splitting costs of rent for booths and other public set-ups.

It's a basic tenet of humanity that people are attracted to success, and confidence breeds success. In countless profiles and psychological studies, confident people are deemed more attractive. The quickest and most effective way to attract others to your opportunity is to act successful and become successful. Make this success profile a part of your daily life. Create your own field of dreams and inspire others to do the same. If you've stumbled across this article, you're looking for the "next big thing" in network marketing companies. Prior to becoming a network marketer, I was a journalist. I spent almost a decade learning how to research, ask questions and investigate stories. I put those skills to work and have found XIMO Health to be the best new network marketing company for 2011.
The reasons that set XIMO Health apart from other prelaunch MLM companies are three things:

Advantages Of Using A Pre Launch Mlm
Pre launch MLM is no different to any other business; they all have to start somewhere it is like a new movie and all the hype before its release. A new business needs to hit the ground running and a pre-launch MLM is an opportunity to get members on board that are going to built the business very quickly and help in creating that buzz that is very much needed for success.
For a XIMO distributor to get into a business at the ground level is a very rewarding process, especially if the opportunity is offering free membership in its prelaunch. This gives new distributors the opportunity to build massive teams below them before the joining fee comes into play.
The more distributors a prelaunch mlm company can entice into its ranks the more sales it will make helping it to establish its ground. There may be an upgrading fee for distributors after the pre launch but can still be favourable and at a discount.
You will often see adverts for new MLM companies dotted about everywhere on relevant home business websites. Once the buzz has started and mentions of it start flying around the forums it does not take long for word to spread thick and fast. It is just very hard to tell at this stage whether or not the business will be a success.

Find out their names and do a search to find out if they have any previous experience in the multi level marketing business. Getting in at the top position of a pre launch is very important to being a huge success with any business but it also means that you will spend more time advertising and building that business and could be time wasted if it fails.

Green Tea May Positively Effect Stomach Cancer

Stomach Cancer is the second-leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the Western World. In fact, the American Cancer Society estimates that22,228 Americans will be diagnosed with stomach cancer during 2006. They also project that there will be an estimated 11,430 deaths from this type of disease. Therefore, the search for a cure for this disease has been a long standing one.
In the past, clinical researchers have hypothesized that drinking green tea may indeed inhibit stomach carcinogenesis, and a few case-studies with animals and human beings have successfully broadened this theory.
One landmark case study was conducted on humans in Shanghai, China from October 1991 to December 1993. This study is still considered to be the largest of its kind. During this study, 711 subjects and 711 controls (under the age of 80) were evaluated.
hey were all residents of the Hongkou district and Nanhui country and were selected from identical streets or communes and matched in gender and age (within three years). This created two nearly identical, homogeneous groups. By creating these groups, researchers ensured that their findings would not be impacted by any outside contributing factors.
During this study, researchers evaluated the types of tea used, strength and temperature of the tea consumed, age when habitual tea drinking began, total duration of drinking for each batch, frequency of new batches of tea leaves used per day, and number of cups brewed from each batch. Statistical analysis was then completed with conditional logistic regression.
Researchers found that habitual Chinese green tea drinkers (regardless of when they started drinking the tea) had a lower risk of stomach cancer than their non tea drinking counterparts.
They reasoned that the green tea may disrupt gastric carcinogenesis at both the intermediate and the late stages and that the major polyphenol in green tea extracts, also known as epigallocatechin gallate (ECGC), positively effects stomach cancer and also protects a number of organs in the digestive tract.
In 2004, a research team from Harvard Medical School worked on and expanded the premise of the Shanghai study. They reported that the epigallocatechin gallate (ECGC) in Green Tea impairs the growth and reproduction of cancer cells (SEG-1 and BIC-1) involved with Barrett's Esophagus.
Barrett's Esophagus is a condition in which the stomach throws back stomach acid due to impaired function and often leads to the destruction of the cells that line the esophagus which in turn, increases the risk of esophageal cancer.
Barrett's Esophagus is a very serious condition often mistaken by sufferers as heartburn. This condition is frequently a precursor to esophageal cancer. Although one of the rarer forms of cancer, esophageal cancer is also one of the more deadly forms of cancer, with a five year survival rate of only 25 percent.
Harvard Medical School researchers found that exposure to ECGC (which is found in green tea) releases proteins which are known to help in repairing DNA damage. This finding has created even more interest in researching the effects of green tea and EGCC on cancer.
In other words, drinking Chinese Green Tea may be a healthy habit to acquire - one, that may prevent and lead to a positive effect on stomach cancer and those suffering from Barrett's Esophagus.

White willow bark is a tree native to Europe and Asia. The name "white willow" comes from the color of the leaves, which are covered with fine white hairs.
The use of white willow bark medicinally goes far back. Ancient Egyptians used white willow for inflammation. The Greek physician Hippocrates wrote about white willow's medicinal uses in 5th century B.C.
In 1829, scientists in Europe identified what was believed to be the active ingredient in white willow bark—a compound called salicin. Public demand grew rapidly.
Extracting salicin from herbs was considered to be expensive and time-consuming, so a synthetic salicylic acid version was developed in Germany in 1852 and quickly became the treatment of choice (salicin is converted in the body to salicylic acid).
The problem was that it was harder on the stomach. At therapeutic doses, people using the synthetic salicyclic acid developed stomach ulcers and bleeding.
The German company Bayer eventually created a synthetic, less harsh derivative of salicylic acid, called acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), and mass-produced it under the name aspirin. Despite this, aspirin is still known for irritating the stomach lining.
Why do people use white willow bark?
White willow bark is used for conditions that cause pain, inflammation, or fever, such as:
- Acute back pain
- Fever
- Flu
- Joint pain
- Osteoarthritis
- Pain
People take white willow bark instead of aspirin because it does not appear to be as irritating to the stomach lining. It may be because the salicin found naturally in white willow bark is only converted to the acid form after it is absorbed by the stomach.
Researchers have also suggested that white willow bark is more effective than aspirin because of other active compounds that are found in the bark but not the drug. Animal research at Cairo University compared a willow bark extract to ASA and found that a willow bark extract was as effective as aspirin in reducing inflammation, even though the salicin content was lower than an equivalent dose of ASA.
What research has been done on white willow bark?
- In a German study, the effectiveness of a willow bark extract providing 240 mg of salicin a day was compared to placebo in a 2-week randomized controlled trial in 78 people with osteoarthritis. After two weeks, the willow bark patients' pain scores were reduced by 14% compared to the placebo group, which had a 2% increase in pain scores.
- A randomized controlled trial published in the American Journal of Medicine examined the use of 120 mg or 240 mg salicin or placebo in 210 patients with an low back pain. In the fourth and final week of the study, 39% of the group taking 240 mg salicin were pain-free for at least 5 days, compared to 21% in the 120 mg group and only 6% in the placebo group.
- Two randomized controlled 6-week trials investigated the effectiveness and safety of willow bark in 127 patients with hip and/or knee osteoarthritis and 26 patients with rheumatoid arthritis. In the osteoarthritis trial, patients received either willow bark providing 240 mg of salicin a day, 100 mg a day of the drug diclofenac, or a placebo. Patients in the rheumatoid arthritis trial received either willow bark or a placebo. The results found that the drug diclofenac was more effective than placebo in osteoarthritis patients but white willow bark was not. In rheumatoid arthritis patients, willow bark wasn't found to be more effective than placebo.
Common Doses
Studies have used white willow bark extracts that provide 120 mg to 240 mg of salicin per day.
Safety
Because white willow bark contains salicylates, the same precautions as aspirin should be taken until research has shown otherwise. The following people should not take white willow bark:
- People with an aspirin allergy or sensitivity. There has been a published report of a 25 year old woman who was admitted to emergency with anaphylaxis after taking 2 capsules of a weight loss supplement that contained willow bark. The patient had a history of allergy to acetylsalicylic acid. No other possible causes for anaphylaxis were identified in that patient.
- People with peptic ulcer disease or kidney disease.
- The herbs ginkgo, vitamin E, and garlic may increase the risk of bleeding if combined with white willow.
- People with hyperuricemia, gout, and asthma.
- Children and teenagers, especially with flu-like symptoms, chicken pox, or Reye's syndrome.
- Pregnant or nursing women.
White willow bark should be avoided two weeks before or after surgery.
Side effects
There have been few reported side effects. However, the same side effects as aspirin may theoretically occur, especially at higher doses: ringing in the ears, ulcers, stomach burning, pain, cramping, nausea, gastrointestinal bleeding and liver toxicity, rash, dizziness, and kidney impairment.
